Mexican finally won the race after 190 starts . It was indeed a really dramatic race ,as Max verstappen and Charles Leclerc crashed in the first lap . Mercedes blotched their pit stop and a late puncture on Russell made sure it was not a Mercedes day .
Meanwhile Perez completely capitalized and stayed calm through out and won the race .Racing Point Stroll finished third , collecting a huge lot of points for constructor championship .
Perez becomes the second Mexican Pedro Rodriguez to win in F1 . With no seat for 2021 , this victory is more important for Perez .
Esteban Ocon finished second and got his first podium in F1 .
