India retained the Border-Gavaskar trophy by beating Australia in the fourth test at Gabba and won the series 2-1 .
The match was a complete entertainer till the last few minutes ,but India stood strong and breached Gabba ,in which Australia was defeated after 32 years .
Subhnam Gill started the proceedings by scoring 91 .Pujara on the other hand showed character and stood strong against the Australian attack and completed his half-century before departing for LBW .
Rishabh Pant was promoted to bat at 5 and he displayed a wonderful batting scoring 89 comprising 9 fours and 1 six .
