Dmitry Mazepin ,father of Nikita Mazepin and owner of Haas F1 title sponsor UralKali , has proposed a staff incentive scheme for next year to encourage staff to remain on board and stay fully motivated .
Mazepin clarified that Uralkali will not be changing the terms of its sponsorship deal to increase funding for the team’s overall budget ,yet he believes the new scheme is a good way to help the situation .
Dmitry Mazepin has Hitech teams which compete in Formula4,Formula3 and Formula2 and is open to buy a Formula1 team .
He said ” We have big ambitions in motorsport and we had an unsuccessful attempt to buy a Formula1 Team .It is still a possibility for us .It is not related to Nikita but us determined by our long-term plans .On the contrary ,we want to expand our presence in F1 .”
